Footscray Community Bike Shed completed its project in August 2019.

The project created a community bike hub for cyclists and bike mechanics. Volunteers are using the hub to repair donated bikes for asylum seekers and refugees. This has allowed many members of the local community who would not have been able to afford a bike the freedom to enjoy cycling.
