Submit your application

Complete all sections of the online application form and submit your project idea by 8 July 2018.

Our assessment team is reviewing all submitted project ideas and checking these against the guidelines to determine their eligibility by:

  1. Conducting an initial assessment of your budget
  2. Contacting your partner organisation and landholder (where required) to discuss your project and determine their support
  3. Confirming guardian consent if you're aged 16 or 17

Our assessment team will contact you if they have any questions or need more information about your project idea.

Make sure you to find out when voting opens.

We’re now checking project votes received during the public voting period, which opened 9am, 17 August and closed 5pm, 17 September 2018. To vote in Pick My Project, voters needed to be a Victorian resident aged 16 and over.

Once checks are complete, we'll announce the project ideas that received the most public votes within their partnership region. Register for updates to be notified when successful projects are announced.

Successful projects are announced and organisations will enter into a funding agreement. Payments will be made by the State Government on completion of agreed milestones.
